About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly team member to join us as a Customer Experience & Sales Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, offering product guidance, and supporting them throughout their design journey, from first visit to final purchase.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in the studio with a warm, helpful attitude
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person
- Share product knowledge and offer tailored advice
- Support the sales team and spot opportunities to upsell where appropriate
- Follow up on orders and ensure any customer concerns are resolved smoothly
- Help improve the customer experience with your ideas and input
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and people-oriented personality
- Passion or interest in interiors, furniture, and home design
- Comfortable using email and Microsoft Office (or open to learning)
- Strong English communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a bonus
- Female candidates preferred
