Customer Service (B2B)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Customer Service Representative to support and manage relationships with business clients. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience tailored to B2B expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned business clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Process orders, track shipments, and manage product or service delivery timelines.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, coordinating with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support.
    • Maintain detailed client records, order history, and communication logs using CRM tools.
    • Prepare and deliver client-specific reports, updates, and service documentation.
    • Assist with onboarding new business clients and providing product or service training when needed.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and support the sales team with lead nurturing.
    • Collect feedback from clients and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and B2B contracts.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
