Job description
* Collect and organize players’ birthdates monthly
* Request and collect player photos from parents
* Design birthday cards using Canva
* Set birthday reminders on Google Calendar
* Prepare match announcements using Canva template
* Create team sheets for matches
* Manage and reply to messages on Instagram and TikTok accounts
* Respond to general inquiries and joining requests
* Filter and forward UAE inquiries to Deni
* Respond to international inquiries with student-athlete program details
* Handle sponsorship requests with standard response
* Post marketing videos and reels on social media after 6pm UAE time
* Share video links with Technical Director
* Reply to emails and forward job applications to HR
