Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding our secure vault services.
- Manage client appointments, check-ins, and vault access coordination with high attention to confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation, ID verification, and service walkthroughs.
- Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are always clean, secure, and presentable.
- Follow and enforce strict security and privacy protocols within the premises.
- Escalate customer concerns or security issues to management promptly.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles (banking, hospitality, or luxury service industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion and integrity.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
- UAE experience or background in security/banking/luxury client service is a plus.
