Customer Service Officer

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding our secure vault services.
    • Manage client appointments, check-ins, and vault access coordination with high attention to confidentiality.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
    • Assist in onboarding new clients, including documentation, ID verification, and service walkthroughs.
    • Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are always clean, secure, and presentable.
    • Follow and enforce strict security and privacy protocols within the premises.
    • Escalate customer concerns or security issues to management promptly.

    Skills & Qualifications Required:

    • Proven experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing roles (banking, hospitality, or luxury service industry preferred).
    • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • High attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion and integrity.
    • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
    • UAE experience or background in security/banking/luxury client service is a plus.

    • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
