A prestigious Service Administrator managing device care insurance claim (Extended Warranty & Accidental Damage) in Dubai is seeking a qualified Tele caller (female) to join our team urgently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in tele calling roles, with a strong focus on customer service and empathy, particularly in managing difficult customer situations. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding spouse/father/mother visas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone. • Managing customer expectations and delivering potentially challenging news regarding policy coverage of device. • Ensuring a customer-focused approach in all interactions. • Responsible for collecting excess payment from customer by sending online payment link and following up with them through call. • Follow up with service centres for claim closure.
Requirements:
• Experience in tele caller roles is preferred handling similar role. • Experience of managing Extended Warranty & Accidental Damage claim will be preferred. • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages. • Strong communication and inter personal people skills. • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism. • Preference will be given to candidates holding spouse/father/mother visas. • Driving License holder will be given preference.
Collaboration: • Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of claims. • Liaise with repair centres and third-party vendors to verify repair costs and service quality.
