Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer messages in both Arabic and English
- Assist with product inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers when needed
- Ensure all communication is friendly, professional, and on-brand
Social Media & Content Support:
- Work closely with our Social Media Manager to develop and schedule content
- Create video reels and product-based content (not personal/face-based) for Instagram, TikTok & more
- Use our in-house studio to film and edit creative product content
- Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh ideas to our content calendar
- Help manage DMs, comments, and customer engagement across platforms

Requirements:
- Female candidate (Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Comfortable using mobile tools/apps to create high-quality video reels
- Friendly, organized, and customer-focused
- Passion for content creation and the home décor industry
- Sharjah or nearby location preferred
