Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our glass and aluminium fabrication unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production supervision, team leadership, and quality assurance in the aluminium/glass industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production operations in the glass and aluminium workshop.
- Coordinate with the project and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are strictly followed.
- Train and guide factory workers and machine operators.
- Handle daily reporting, shift scheduling, and equipment maintenance coordination.
- Resolve any production or personnel issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a factory supervisor in the glass/aluminium industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication machines, aluminium profiles, and glass types.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Familiarity with HSE and ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
