Head of Sales Department

    We are currently building a strong sales department. We are seeking a Head of Sales who can lead a high-performing team, establish effective processes, and achieve ambitious goals in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies, including social media, marketing campaigns, and networking events, aligned with overall sales objectives
    • Build, grow, and manage a high-performing team of agents: recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation
    • Set and monitor team KPIs, ensuring achievement of financial targets and sales goals
    • Optimize department operations, including CRM systems, corporate tools, and sales processes
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
    • Conduct market analysis, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for business growth
    • Participate in negotiations and oversee premium client transactions
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international partners and VIP clients
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales objectives
    • Leverage CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage client relationships
    • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach, working independently as well as collaboratively with the team

    Requirements:

    • Evidence of success in leading and managing a sales team (5+ people) and delivering on sales targets
    • Has a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
    • Hands-on experience in real estate or other high-value industries (luxury segment, investments, automotive, etc.)
    • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
    • Strong leadership skills: ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team
    • Strategic mindset, organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility
    • Ambition to build an international career and earn above the market average
    • University Degree is a must
