Job description
Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and ensure smooth induction of new hires.
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity in the recruitment tracker.
Participate in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Handle routine employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR support role.
Good understanding of HR functions and UAE Labour Law.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
