Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our growing ecommerce team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments including logistics, customer service, data management, and sales promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assisting with customer support (email, WhatsApp, or calls)
- Performing data entry tasks
- Supporting promotional activities (in-store or field-based when needed)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
- Energetic, reliable, and willing to learn
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
Work Hours:
- Flexible shift: Choose between 6 to 8 hours/day
- Working window: Between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
