    About the Role:

    We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the gaming industry. This role involves providing on-site home service support to our clients, ensuring seamless setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gaming systems, devices, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of gaming hardware/software and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide on-site customer support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of gaming consoles, PCs, accessories, and related equipment.
    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
    Deliver technical assistance, both hardware and software-related, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
    Educate customers on product usage, features, and best practices to enhance their gaming experience.
    Maintain accurate service records, reports, and updates in the system.
    Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and represent the company with professionalism at all times.

    Skills
    Requirements:

    Proven experience in customer support or technical support (gaming industry experience preferred).
    Strong knowledge of gaming consoles, PCs, accessories, and online gaming platforms.
    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
    Flexibility to provide on-site home service support.
    Passion for gaming and technology.
