We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Kids Soft Play Play Area Coordinator to oversee the operations of our vibrant indoor play center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Safety:
- Monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Respond promptly to any accidents or incidents.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the play area and equipment.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and train staff members.
- Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the play area.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Coordinate and organize birthday parties, special events, and group bookings.
- Decorate the play area for special occasions.
- Assist with event setup and cleanup.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
