Job description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Legal Officer with a strong background in trademark registration, protection, and enforcement, as well as general corporate legal affairs. The ideal candidate will support the company in safeguarding its intellectual property, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and handling day-to-day legal matters.
Skills
- Manage all aspects of trademark registration, renewal, and protection locally and internationally.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers, and trademark agents.
- Monitor and manage intellectual property portfolios and address infringement issues.
- Support management in dispute resolution and litigation matters when required.
- Maintain updated knowledge of UAE laws, especially regarding trademarks, IP, and corporate regulations.
