Logistics Coordinator – Food Industry

    We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our logistics department within the food industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory.

    · Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

    · Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams.

    · Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards during transportation and storage.

    · Prepare and manage documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory.

    · Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

    · Optimize logistics procedures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    · Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics within the food industry.

    · Strong understanding of food safety and handling regulations.

    · Excellent communication and coordination skills.

    · Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

    · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
