Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across air, sea, and ground.
- Manage container bookings with shipping lines like Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk Line.
- Handle air freight processes using platforms like Calogi and airline portals.
- Track parcels and freight in real-time, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to maintain schedule accuracy.
- Resolve delivery issues and ensure proper shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and logistics regulations.
- Operate TMS and WMS platforms to update and track shipment data.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of logistics, freight, or supply chain operations experience.
- Proven experience in container booking and coordination with major shipping lines.
- Familiarity with Calogi, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL Express, and freight portals.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
