Maintenance Technician

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out regular inspections and general maintenance across holiday homes (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliances).
    • Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize future repair needs.
    • Drive between properties using a company vehicle to complete assigned tasks.
    • Maintain outdoor areas, pools, gardens, and other guest facilities where required.
    • Ensure properties are in perfect condition before guest check-ins.
    • Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report issues to management.
    • Follow all health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in property, building, or facility maintenance preferred.
    • Valid [specify type, e.g., Class B] driving license with a clean driving record.
    • Practical skills in general repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
    • Strong attention to detail with a guest-first mindset.
    • Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Willingness to work on-call for urgent guest needs when required.
