Job description
We are looking for a maintenance technician to join P.M.S.B, a company specializing in light maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and cleaning services in Dubai.The ideal candidate will be able to work on various types of sites such as residences, hotels, offices and commercial spaces.He will be responsible for carrying out small repairs and day-to-day maintenance tasks while ensuring high-quality work and a professional attitude.Main responsibilitiesPerform basic plumbing tasks (simple leaks, replacing faucets, siphons, light unclogging, etc …)Carry out basic electrical work (replacing switches/outlets, installing lights, simple diagnostics …)Handle painting touch-ups and small wall repairsPerform light cleaning tasks after interventions or upon client requestWork at client locations in a professional, respectful, and punctual mannerKeep tools and equipment in good condition and follow company procedures
Skills
Experience in basic plumbing, electrical work, maintenance or paintingVersatility and ability to handle different types of tasksAutonomy, reliability, good organization, and initiativeAbility to quickly diagnose and solve simple issuesGood customer service skills, professional appearance, and clear communicationBasic knowledge of safety procedures on worksites Driving license (a plus)Knowledge of Dubai or previous experience in the UAE (a plus)
