Office Admin & Data Entry Coordinator

    Job Type: Full-time

    We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to manage daily office tasks for our laundry and tailoring business. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, customer data, and administrative operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter daily sales and collection invoices
    • Add and total measurement slips from tailors
    • Maintain laundry records and customer details
    • Keep track of fabric and material stock
    • Create and update monthly salary sheets
    • Scan and organize business documents
    • Manage and respond to business emails
    • Fill and prepare cheques for supplier payments
    • Keep records of customers and vendors
    • Coordinate with tailoring and laundry staff to ensure smooth operations

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles
    • Basic accounting knowledge (salary sheet, petty cash, cheque handling)
    • Good
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
    • Previous experience in a laundry or tailoring business is a plus
    • Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
