We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to manage daily office tasks for our laundry and tailoring business. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, customer data, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily sales and collection invoices
- Add and total measurement slips from tailors
- Maintain laundry records and customer details
- Keep track of fabric and material stock
- Create and update monthly salary sheets
- Scan and organize business documents
- Manage and respond to business emails
- Fill and prepare cheques for supplier payments
- Keep records of customers and vendors
- Coordinate with tailoring and laundry staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles
- Basic accounting knowledge (salary sheet, petty cash, cheque handling)
- Good
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a laundry or tailoring business is a plus
- Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
