Office Administrator

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general organization of the workspace
    • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
    • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and agents
    • Maintain and organize property listings, client files, and office records
    • Assist with basic HR and accounting tasks (filing, document preparation, follow-ups)
    • Ensure timely updates on CRM systems and maintain listing databases (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
    • Support real estate agents with administrative and clerical tasks
    • Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression of the company

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (real estate industry preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
    • Familiarity with Dubai real estate portals is a plus
    • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus)

    Experience:

    • REAL ESTATE ADMIN: 1 year (Preferred)
