Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general organization of the workspace
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and agents
- Maintain and organize property listings, client files, and office records
- Assist with basic HR and accounting tasks (filing, document preparation, follow-ups)
- Ensure timely updates on CRM systems and maintain listing databases (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
- Support real estate agents with administrative and clerical tasks
- Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression of the company
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (real estate industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate portals is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus)
