Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Maintain organized filing systems and real estate documentation
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the management and sales teams
• Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and official correspondence
• Support property listings, online postings, and client communications
• Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure a professional environment
• Liaise with clients, brokers, suppliers.
Skills
Proven experience as an office administrator, secretary, or relevant role
• Experience in a real estate company is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
