    Job Description:

    We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
    • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Maintain and update filing systems and company records
    • Prepare reports, letters, and documents when required
    • Assist in day-to-day office operations and provide support to management

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
