Job Type: Full-time
1) To Follow Advertising campaign on Vehicle – Body Wrapping
· To coordinate with Agents for:
(a) Confirmation of quantity and to make sure all the legal requirements from Agents.
(b) Installation process and availability of requirements on time.
(c) Coordination with sticker applicators and quality staff.
(d) Make sure the validity of each campaign to remove or replace.
(e) To report all damage caused in the vehicles after each campaign.
2) To Follow Advertising campaign on Digital
· To coordinate with Agents for:
(a) To coordinate with IT dept for equipment and all IT related issue.
(b) In case of any damage follow the process to claim insurance or to identify responsible to repair.
(c) To coordinate with concern department for dismantling devices in case of major accidents and De-fleeting taxis.
(d) To follow procedure to hand over and take over devices new or used or damaged, installing or dismantling from concern dept.
3) To prepare all the management requirement reports on daily basis
4) Follow up with finance dept, IT insurance, for claims, invoices or credit note.
Qualification:
- Working knowledge of the transportation industry
- Excellent people skills, especially when dealing with a multi-cultural environment
