We are Geography Vacation Home company with 40 apartments under management. Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Guest Relation Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday home management.
This role acts as a central point of coordination between guest relationship managers, guests, and internal departments, ensuring smooth administrative processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest & Owner Relations
Address and resolve escalated guest or owner concerns in coordination with relevant teams.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups regarding bookings, check-ins, maintenance, and service-related issues.
2. Administration & Management
Manage the day-to-day administrative functions including documentation control, cleaning supplies.
Support the implementation and enforcement of administrative and operational SOPs.
Management of guest relations managers, work supervision, calculation of bonuses and salaries.
3 Property Management & Bookings Support
Oversee administrative processes related to property onboarding, listing setup, holiday home licensing, and compliance tracking (e.g. DET, DTCM).
Coordinate with the Guest Services and Revenue Management teams to ensure accurate calendar management and booking updates across platforms.
Support operational tracking for cleaning schedules, maintenance issues, and guest turnovers.
Management of the cleaning service, maintenance team, and handling of complex technical issues.
5. Management Reporting
Track KPIs related to occupancy, booking performance, and service resolution metrics.
Identify and report process bottlenecks and propose administrative improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1+ year) in property management company, or hospitality operations.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, PriceLabs, etc.) is preferred.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational discipline.
