Job Summary:
Ogram is hiring Picker Packers for a major retail client in Dubai, with onboarding starting this August.
We are looking for male candidates, as per client requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established retail logistics operation – no previous experience required, and full training is provided.
Shift Details & Salary:
Day Shift
8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (11 hours incl. 1-hour break)
AED 2,662/month
Night Shift
9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (10 hours incl. 1-hour break)
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (subject to operational changes)
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing retail items accurately
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining stock organization and cleanliness
- Following safety and warehouse protocols
- Working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work long hours on foot
- Male applicants only (client-specific requirement)
- Asian nationality preferred
- Must be available to join in August
- Willingness to work day or night shifts
