Personal Secretary

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

    Job Description

    · Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention

    · Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

    · Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

    · Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

    · Record of minutes of meeting and report as assigned.

    · Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management

    · Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

    · Assist Office related task with other departments in implementing new procedures and administrative systems

    · Data entry to keep the required information for reporting

    · Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

    · Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.

    · Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

    · Observing best business practices and etiquette.
