Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties including welcoming visitors and managing calls.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
- Manage meeting schedules and assist in basic office coordination.
- Be camera-friendly for occasional promotional or company videos if needed.
- Maintain records of calls and appointment status.
