Receptionist

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle front desk duties including welcoming visitors and managing calls.
    • Make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for our sales team.
    • Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
    • Manage meeting schedules and assist in basic office coordination.
    • Be camera-friendly for occasional promotional or company videos if needed.
    • Maintain records of calls and appointment status.
