We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong service awareness, an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude, and be proficient in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle scheduling, appointment bookings, and meeting room arrangements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and managing correspondence.
- Provide general support to the office and assist other departments as needed.
- Demonstrate professional service awareness and an enthusiastic service attitude in all interactions.
- Utilize office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently for day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
