    Job Description:

    We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong service awareness, an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude, and be proficient in office software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Handle scheduling, appointment bookings, and meeting room arrangements.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and managing correspondence.
    • Provide general support to the office and assist other departments as needed.
    • Demonstrate professional service awareness and an enthusiastic service attitude in all interactions.
    • Utilize office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently for day-to-day operations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and general office software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional appearance and behavior.
