    Position Overview

    We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for the company and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Answer and route incoming calls and emails efficiently.
    • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
    • Maintain and organize both digital and physical records and documentation.
    • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly expense and income reports.
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies, placing orders when inventory is low.
    • Coordinate with other departments to support overall office operations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
