Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and regular follow-ups
Process patient billing and payments accurately
Assist in social media related tasks as assigned.
Perform other related patient relationship tasks as assigned.
