Remote Appointment & Customer Service Coordinator

    Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED1,500.00 per month

    Job Opening: Work From Home WhatsApp Appointment Coordinator

    We’re looking for a reliable and organized Remote Appointment Coordinator to manage customer bookings and calls for our pet grooming business.

    This is a remote position – you will not work at our shop, but you’ll be the key person handling all client communications and appointment scheduling via WhatsApp and phone.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all WhatsApp messages and phone calls from clients professionally and promptly
    • Schedule appointments based on location and van availability (Dubai, Sharjah, etc.)
    • Confirm bookings, send reminders, and follow up with customers
    • Coordinate with the grooming team to ensure daily schedules run smoothly
    • Keep accurate digital records of bookings and client details
    • Provide excellent customer support and handle inquiries or rescheduling
    • Report daily activity and updates to management

    ✅ Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
    • Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and basic tools like Google Sheets
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Prior customer service or booking experience preferred
    • UAE-based (preferably familiar with Dubai/Sharjah areas)
    • Ability to respond quickly during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM)

    Location: Remote (Work from Home)
    ⏱ Working Hours: 9AM – 8 PM, 7 days/week

    Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
