Job Opening: Work From Home WhatsApp Appointment Coordinator
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Remote Appointment Coordinator to manage customer bookings and calls for our pet grooming business.
This is a remote position – you will not work at our shop, but you’ll be the key person handling all client communications and appointment scheduling via WhatsApp and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all WhatsApp messages and phone calls from clients professionally and promptly
- Schedule appointments based on location and van availability (Dubai, Sharjah, etc.)
- Confirm bookings, send reminders, and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with the grooming team to ensure daily schedules run smoothly
- Keep accurate digital records of bookings and client details
- Provide excellent customer support and handle inquiries or rescheduling
- Report daily activity and updates to management
✅ Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and basic tools like Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior customer service or booking experience preferred
- UAE-based (preferably familiar with Dubai/Sharjah areas)
- Ability to respond quickly during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
⏱ Working Hours: 9AM – 8 PM, 7 days/week
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
