Job Description:
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software
- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Tagalog speakers, 32 years and below
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a reservation agent or in travel and tourism customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.
- Proficient in travel booking systems, MS Office, strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
