Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Prepare budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Report regularly to the owner or senior management on operational performance.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
