Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator with proven experience in handling the European and Western markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow business in European and Western territories.
- Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and generate quality leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Create tailored marketing campaigns aligned with cultural and market nuances.
- Monitor competitor activity, trends, and market insights to adjust strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company in international trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing targeting European and/or Western markets.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C dynamics in those regions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
- Multilingual skills (especially European languages) are a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in Sales Industry preferable=y in e-commerce and web development
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
