Job Description:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including project and key account managers.
Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
Monitor sales performance and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and report key metrics to top management.

Qualifications:
Open to Arabic & European Nationalities, 50 years old and below
At least 8 years of sales leadership experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction, materials, or design industry..
Must have a strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
