    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    • Proactively generate and qualify leads using various channels, including social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
    • Supplement internal lead generation efforts by building your own prospecting pipeline.
    • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our solutions.
    • Engage in warm leads provided by the company and close deals.
    • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking prospect interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
    • Having an understanding of CRM systems.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
    • Performance & Reporting:
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.
    • Market & Industry Insights:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies and enhance value propositions.

    Requirements (PLEASE READ):

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a track record of achieving targets.
    • Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques including cold calling and social media engagement.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
    • have experience of selling products for USA/UK companies
    • A passion for developing creative solutions and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
