Prepare and deliver professional proposals, BOQs, and quotations
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Dubai fit-out and renovation market
Build and maintain a strong network of client connections for sales opportunities. Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility

Male, 45 years old & below
Proven sales experience, ideally within fit-out, villa renovation, interior works, or apartment maintenance.
Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, villa renovation, interior works, painting, Electrical Works, AC Installation Works, and related processes
UAE Driving license and own car are added advantage
