Sales Executive – Defeat Fitness Studio (Dubai)
About Us:
Defeat Fitness is a premium celebrity fitness studio in Dubai known for its high-end clientele, expert trainers, and exceptional wellness programs. We’re looking for a dynamic, confident, and goal-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about fitness and skilled in converting leads into loyal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales through walk-ins, calls, and social media leads
- Build strong relationships with clients and promote services confidently
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly targets
- Maintain excellent knowledge of studio offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Support marketing campaigns and help improve client acquisition strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in fitness or wellness industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, well-groomed, and target-driven
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
