    Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading chemical solutions provider based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager

    – Flame Retardant Specialties to lead the commercial strategy for their halogen-free flame retardant product lines.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, providing technical expertise, and building strong partnerships with compounders, OEMs, converters, and distributors.

    Key Responsibilities-

    Lead the sales and commercial strategy for flame retardant specialties, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.-

    Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for key customers, providing solutions aligned with regulatory standards (UL 94, V-0, EN 13501, FAR 25, IEC 60332-1).-

    Develop and execute customer-segment and territory plans with quarterly and annual sales targets.-

    Collaborate with R&D and Technical Service teams to support formulation development, testing, and technical training.-

    Identify and evaluate new markets such as EV battery systems, telecom cables, and medical devices; drive product pilots and new launches.-

    Manage and onboard distributors, agents, and OEM partners, ensuring accurate forecasting, pricing strategies, and channel optimization.-

    Monitor global flame-retardant market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide strategic input.- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, customer pipeline updates, and competitive insights to leadership.-

    Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and client meetings.

    Requirements-

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline.-

    Minimum 7 years of experience in flame retardant sales, compounding, or plastics additives, with strong exposure to compounders or formulation labs.-

    Proven track record in industrial B2B sales (plastics, electronics, construction), with expertise in account management and new business development.- Strong technical-commercial communication skills with the ability to present flame properties (LOI, UL 94, CTI, smoke density) and product value differentiation.- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required
