Sales Manager

    Location: Dubai

    Job Type: Full Time

    Salary: 2,500 – 3,000

    A reputable and well-established FMCG company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in Dubai.

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Skills

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Food Technology or equivalent.
    • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry within the MEA region. Cooking oil product experience is a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
    • Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Willingness to travel as required.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
