A reputable and well-established FMCG company is actively recruiting a Sales Manager for their team in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Food Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry within the MEA region. Cooking oil product experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
- Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
