    Job Description

    Mare Properties is expanding and seeking experienced Sales Managers and Team Leaders to lead high-performing real estate teams.

    We are looking for strong closers, strong recruiters, and motivated leaders who can drive results in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of real estate agents

    • Train agents on sales processes, project knowledge, and performance standards

    • Achieve monthly agent targets & KPIs

    • Conduct daily meetings, follow-ups, and performance reporting

    • Build a strong pipeline of clients and maintain excellent client relationships

    • Attend developer meetings, property launches, and events

    • Ensure professionalism, discipline, and high productivity within the team

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)

    • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Team Leader

    • Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary market

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

    • Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team

    • Positive attitude, high energy, and results-driven mindset

    • English required; additional languages are an advantage
