    Job description

    Are you a results-driven sales engineer with technical expertise in ventilation systems and strong market awareness? We’re looking for a motivated professional to lead the sales of our ventilation solutions portfolio and expand market reach across the UAE.

    Key Product Scope:

    The role focuses on the complete ventilation range, including:

    • Domestic Fans (toilet & kitchen exhaust, decorative units)
    • Commercial Fans (inline duct, ceiling-mounted units, fresh air supply systems)
    • Industrial Fans (high-capacity duct and mixed-flow systems)
    • Smoke Extraction Fans (fire-rated, civil defense–compliant systems)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy for ventilation systems across UAE projects.
    • Identify and engage with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
    • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and technical presentations.
    • Provide technical submittals and support during tendering and procurement stages.
    • Support the registration and prequalification process of ventilation systems with consultants and relevant authorities (e.g., Civil Defense), in coordination with the Business Development.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and propose business development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, marketing, operations) to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC/ventilation system sales within the UAE.
    • Strong network with consultants and MEP contractors.
    • Understanding of UAE regulations and authority requirements (e.g., DCD standards).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
    • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
    • This is a field-focused role with base office in Sharjah.
