Social Media Coordinator

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

    · Develop and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

    · Monitor, respond, and engage with audience comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

    · Collaborate with the design and content teams to create multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, etc.).

    · Assist in developing social media strategies and campaigns aligned with marketing goals.

    · Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) using analytics tools.

    · Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

    · Manage and maintain the content calendar.

    · Support influencer marketing efforts and community collaborations.

    · Conduct basic competitor and market research related to social media trends.

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

    2+ years of experience as Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator

    On-the job training and other related trainings

    Proven experience in managing business social media accounts

    Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

    Basic graphic design or video editing skills is a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)

    Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)

    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
