    • System Management: Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of computer and information systems, ensuring their security and efficient operation. 
    • Budget Management: Managing the budget for technical projects and initiatives. 
    • Communication: Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
