Key Responsibilities:
• Manage domestic & international flight bookings, visa applications, and travel insurance.
• Create customized holiday packages and handle Umrah-related travel arrangements.
• Deliver prompt, professional customer service and close sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate booking records and build strong relationships with clients & suppliers.
• Stay updated on travel trends, routes, and offers to enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
