Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our sales and marketing operations across multiple business units, including clinics, SPAs, healthcare, herbal trading, and auto spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both offline and digital marketing, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Manage sales, tele sales, marketing, and digital marketing teams
- Coordinate digital campaigns with agencies and in-house team
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Identify revenue targets and ensure sales goals are met
- Support business unit heads in achieving operational targets
- Plan and manage outdoor sales and B2B partnerships
- Oversee CRM systems and sales reporting
- Analyze marketing budgets and performance metrics
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Train and mentor team members for performance improvement
Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role in the UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM systems
- Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and lead a team
