    We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist / Manager to join a leading Property Developer in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale marketing campaigns.

    Job Overview:

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate marketing, digital campaigns, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships to establish the company as a market leader.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the company’s marketing objectives to increase sales and create new market opportunities.
    • Create tailored marketing plans for each project and organize launch events for new developments.
    • Implement marketing strategies while continuously refining them to maintain the company’s competitive position and reputation.
    • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, reach the target audience, and grow social media presence.
    • Enhance the company’s image by coordinating advertising campaigns and building strong relationships with partners and influencers.
    • Oversee the company’s website and social media accounts, ensuring efficiency and engagement while evaluating their performance.
    • Identify advertising opportunities and establish collaborations with real estate companies.
    • Build relationships with social media influencers to strengthen the company’s market presence.
    • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and comments to boost engagement and enhance audience relationships.
    • Identify and engage with real estate agents and brokers on WhatsApp groups, strengthening partnerships and promoting the company’s platform.
    • Conduct phone and virtual meetings with real estate agents and brokers to introduce the company’s platform and encourage participation.
    • Work closely with the project owner to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Draft and send professional marketing and public relations emails.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with partners and clients.
    • Organize ideas effectively and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

    Skills

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and public relations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive market environment.
    • Must have managed a small team
