This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and industry experience. Here are the list job requirements for an MEP and HVAC Sales Engineer:
1. In-depth knowledge of the MEP and HVAC market, including competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
2. Expertise of meeting the contractor at an award stage thereby negotiating for the best price and best payment terms.
3. Experience in proposal development and Contractor Interface.
4. Ensure right documents like manuals, warranty letters are issued on time.
5. Ensure all the project’s related specifications are shared with Service Team, prior to T&C
6. Proven record of managing a Sales Team.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is MANDATORY.
– Minimum 12 years of proven GCC experience as a Sales Engineer/Manager (HVAC/MEP)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
– UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
