    Meridian Global Inc. is a manufacturer & distributor of workwear apparel.

    Our local entity, ASAS Uniforms, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & E-commerce Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing inventory, handling goods receipt and delivery, and maintaining accurate records using SAP Business One. They will also support e-commerce operations across Shopify, Amazon and Noon platforms.

    This is a full-time position with long-term growth potential as we expand our operations and digital footprint.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Warehouse & Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory as per product category
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock activities
    • Enter accurate sales and purchase transactions in SAP Business One, including goods receipt and delivery entries
    • Ensure real-time stock updates in the system to support order fulfillment and reporting
    • Perform regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy
    • Coordinate with other facilities for stock transfers
    • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the warehouse
    • Maintain condition and organization of company assets

    E-commerce Operations (Shopify, Noon, Amazon)
    • Manage product listings, images, and descriptions on Shopify
    • Sync inventory between warehouse and online platforms (Shopify, Noon, Amazon Seller Central)
    • Process and fulfill e-commerce orders in a timely and accurate manner
    • Update prices, stock levels, and promotional details as needed
    • Track order statuses and troubleshoot fulfillment issues with internal teams
    • Monitor and report on online sales performance

    Qualifications & Skills
    • Proficiency in SAP Business One for inventory and transaction entries (not a supervisory role)
    • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory control
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, or Noon seller platforms
    • Good command of Excel (vlookup and pivot tables) for tracking and reporting
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
