Job Responsibilities:
Providing Support and Responding to Inquiries:
– Answering customer inquiries either verbally or in writing, and explaining required procedures and steps.
Using Transaction Management Systems:
– Operating systems such as “Tadbeer” to professionally process requests and record transactions.
Document Verification:
– Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all required documents to successfully complete the service.
Follow-up on Transactions:
– Guaranteeing quick and accurate service delivery by tracking request status until completion.
Providing an Exceptional Experience:
– Promoting the concept of “Customer Happiness” by focusing on quality, respect, friendliness, and professionalism.
Compliance with Policies and Procedures:
– Performing duties in accordance with approved guidelines and standards within the organization to ensure compliance and quality.
Training & Supervision:
– You will receive training and ongoing support from a supervisor.
