Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth running of office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily office activities and operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Ensure filing systems are up to date and properly maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial processes.
